Consultation under way on proposed Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR)

As mentioned in a previous post (see Safe Food for Canadians Action Plan – Latest developments), the proposed Safe Food for Canadians Regulations are designed to strengthen food safety in Canada.
