What is FSEP?

The Food Safety Enhancement Program (FSEP) is a HACCP-based food safety system that has been developed by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). The objective of the Food Safety Enhancement Program (FSEP) is to provide minimum food safety requirements for the control of food safety risks.

FSEP is the food safety standard of choice for Canadian companies who wish to become HACCP-certified.
