How often do you need to update an FDA Preventive Control Plan?

The plan must be updated when changes occur to a product or process and reviewed every three years if no changes take place. The FDA requires a PCQI oversees all food safety plan verification activities within seven business days after monitoring activities are completed. Food safety plan records must be retained for two years.

What is the cost and turnover time for Sirocco to prepare a customized FDA Preventative Control Plan?
