The gap assessment comprises a document review of your existing food safety system against the SQF Food Safety Code, Manufacturing. System element procedures, registers, schedules and records are evaluated by a SQF and PCQI-approved food safety expert. The assessment also includes a site audit to ensure that the Module 11 requirements are practiced and documented.
The SQF Food Safety code was recently revised. Is your food safety management system compliant with the SQF Code Edition 8.1?
