Canadian HACCP Certification Bundle

Description

This updated Canadian HACCP Certification bundle is designed for food manufacturers, packers and warehouses seeking both SFCR compliance (Food Manufacturing and Food Storage, Repacking license) and HACCP certification. The document package includes Canadian PCP Plan (Manufacturing, Repackaging) requirements such as Management Commitment, Facility Controls, Document/Record Control, Corrective Action, Recall/Traceability, Supplier Approval & Verification and Customer Complaint Management. Companies seeking HACCP certification and SFCR compliance are provided with a Codex HACCP Plan template, a HACCP audit checklist as well as a facility inspection checklist (CFIA’s Maintenance and Operation of Establishment Checklist).
